No prior knowledge of GTD is required to use the program. The program manual provides a simple and straight forward introduction to GTD.
You could read Getting Things Done, by David Allen if you want an in depth knowledge of GTD
How secure is my data?
You are advised to back up Life Manager Pro at regular intervals using a simple one click procedure.
Life Manager Pro runs without a password. If you wish to protect your privacy it is recommended that you password protect your computer or do not allow other users to run the program.
Mac Version: I get an error :'This action cannot be performed because this file is not modifiable
If you open Life Manager Pro and you get this above error message this is because you are a user that may not have read and write permissions for this file.
To fix this go to the Life Manager Pro folder in your applications folder. Right (or Ctrl click) on the file Life Manager Pro and choose, get info. On the info window go to sharing and permissions section and change all users to read and write.
Do the same for the LifeManager.USR file
